Welcome! I am an illustrator and naturalist based in Northumberland, UK. Growing up in Scotland, I’ve had a foundational interest in the natural world, particularly aquatic flora and fauna. Studying in London, I developed this interest further and began channeling this into my work.

I am heavily inspired by primitive artwork and traditional means of print production such as woodcut and intaglio. I also have skills with digital art and my overall practice consists of both traditional and digital media, especially when communicating science.
